The Sunday Sound Playbook is a digital product (PDF) delivered instantly to your email after purchase.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

Under §11 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), consumers in the European Union normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, this right of withdrawal expires when the digital product has been delivered, provided that the consumer expressly consented at checkout to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal upon commencement of download.

By completing checkout and confirming the consent checkbox, you agree to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download link is delivered.

If The Sunday Sound Playbook does not help you feel more prepared, confident, and in control at the soundboard, we will refund you in full within 30 days of your purchase, no questions required.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days and typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days after that, depending on your bank or card issuer.

You do not need to return or delete the PDF. We trust you.

If there was something specific that was missing, unclear, or unhelpful, we would value knowing what. That feedback helps shape future editions. However, providing feedback is entirely optional and not a condition of receiving a refund.
